Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive care across Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU and Progressive Care units. The role focuses on adult and geriatric patients, excluding pediatrics, with an emphasis on patient-centered recovery and team-based treatment.

You will collaborate with over 50 PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site, offering mentorship as needed, and participate in a nonprofit setting eligible for PSLF.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Work across Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU and Progressive Care units.
• Treat adult and geriatric patients; no pediatrics.
• Collaborate with a team of 50+ PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site.
• Provide patient-centered care and guide patients through true recovery.
• Mentor other clinicians as needed.

• 4/10s or 5/8s Schedule + paid documentation time daily
• Collaborate with a team of over 50 PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site
