Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy, in partnership with Advent Health, is seeking a Physical Therapist to elevate career in inpatient rehabilitation/acute care. You will deliver evidence-based care, establish tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with hospital teams to improve patient outcomes.

The role offers mentorship, ongoing education, and exposure to neuro, trauma, and ortho therapies, with a competitive compensation structure and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (physicians, case management, nurses, etc).

Your Responsibilities As An Inpatient Rehabilitation/Acute Care Physical Therapist

Compensation

Annual Salary: $45 - $60 / hour

(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
