Job summary

Center for Disability Services is seeking a Physical Therapist in the Capital District to collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to evaluate strengths and needs and establish individualized therapy for individuals we support.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT or degree in Physical Therapy, NYS licensure in good standing, and can work well in a team; new graduates welcome. EMR proficiency is required. Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility is noted.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• NYS State Licensure, active and in good standing.
• Experience is helpful; we will consider new graduates.
• Ability to work with a team and care for the whole person.
• Knowledge of and ability to effectively use an electronic medical record (EMR).
