Greenfield Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team at a comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Markesan, WI. You will deliver meaningful therapy across multiple levels of care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support seniors in maintaining independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school with a bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care across multiple settings.
