Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Physical Therapist for Clinton, MA to join our home health team. You will assess patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with clinicians to restore independence in the comfort of patients’ homes.

Ideal candidates hold an APTA-approved PT program, MA license, and at least 1 year of healthcare experience; travel up to 50% within Worcester area is required. We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to travel within Worcester and surrounding areas (50% travel).
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform full range of body motion.
