Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs for patients in physical therapy.
• Perform patient assessment and reassessment and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Respond to physician orders for physical therapy and document progress.
• Develop functional goals and work to restore mobility and independence.
