Job Description
We’re seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our Enfield Orthopedic Associate’s office who is passionate about outpatient orthopedics. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a collaborative team environment alongside experienced clinicians and top orthopedic physicians, nurses, and physician assistants in New England.
This orthopedic office treats various cases including sports medicine, hand therapy, dry needling, musculoskeletal disorders, osteoporosis, work injury rehabilitation, and more.
Under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, the PTA assists with structured assessments, helps develop and revise treatment plans, and implements interventions aimed at preventing, remediating, and rehabilitating physical dysfunction or pain, focusing on improving patient functional independence.
