Select Physical Therapy in Fort Walton Beach, FL, is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient for a full-time position at our Fort Walton Beach center. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and return patients to sport, work, and daily life.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Education

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

State physical therapy license (or eligibility)

Compensation:$75,000–$95,000/year pending experience
