UCI Health in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Physical Therapist II to provide comprehensive PT services across our clinical network. You will evaluate patients, plan treatment, implement interventions, and assist with discharge planning in collaboration with the care team.

The role requires CA Physical Therapy licensure, strong English communication, and the ability to travel between UCI Health locations as needed.

Your Role on the Team

Position Summary

The Physical Therapist II provides a full range of physical therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning. Required Qualifications

What It Takes to be Successful

• Required to float between UCI Health locations as needed
• Physical Therapy License or proof of eligibility from California Board of Physical Therapy
• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a licensed physical therapist
• If assigned to work with infants and children aged 0 to 21, CCS paneling/approval will be required within one year of hire if qualified for CCS paneling requirement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to travel to clinics, and other campus offices as determined by patient and scheduling needs.
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
