Overview

Setting: LTC/SNF, OP, and HH

Pay Package: Starting at $2,400 per week

Guarantee: 24-40-hour weekly guarantee

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm – No weekends, holidays or call

• Start Date: 05/09/2022
• Length: 13 weeks

Responsibilities

• Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and/or Therapy Aides according to laws and regulations
• Consulting with patients about their condition and medical history
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing treatment plans
• Teaching therapeutic exercises and stretches
• Applying hands-on therapy such as massage
• Maintaining patient records and adapting treatment plans
• Advising on in-home treatment and recovery expectations
• Performing administrative tasks and ensuring confidentiality

Qualifications

• Doctorate or master’s in physical therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure or eligibility
• CPR Certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Experience in skilled nursing/outpatient preferred but new graduates welcome
