The role emphasizes patient-first care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and adherence to high standards of practice. This full-time position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a day shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program prior to 2005.
• Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program between 2005-2019.
• Clinical Doctorate from an accredited Physical Therapy program 2020-Present.

Responsibilities

• Perform Physical Therapy evaluation and development of the plan of care appropriate for each patient based on the patient’s physical, mental, emotional, and developmental impairments and functional limitations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
• Provide Physical Therapy interventions in accordance with established standards of care, policies, procedures, and state/federal law.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistant and Rehab Aides.
• Complete appropriate documentation for Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistant students as assigned by CCCE.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in patient care conferences/ staffing as appropriate for multidisciplinary patients.
