Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Lead Physical Therapist in Willows, CA to oversee orthopedic outpatient care. You will manage a diverse caseload, including pre- and post-surgical cases, sports injuries, and chronic pain, while coordinating with clinic staff to ensure high-quality care in a modern setting.

The role requires a CA license and prior lead experience; relocation and competitive benefits are offered. Aquatic therapy may be available at certain locations.

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time Lead PT role at an outpatient clinic in Willows, CA. You will manage a caseload of orthopedic patients including pre- and post-surgical care, sports injuries, chronic pain, and lower-level neurological cases. You will collaborate with clinic support staff and use clinical judgment to deliver high-quality care in a modern clinic environment. Aquatic therapy opportunities are available at select clinics.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred. Experience stepping into lead responsibilities is required for this Lead PT role.
• Outpatient therapy clinic seeing a variety of orthopedic conditions
