Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited college.
• Current Physical Therapist license in California.
• Familiar with PT EMR.
• New grads and experienced therapists are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with 30 minute treatment and 45-60 minute evaluation sessions.
• Manage typical caseload ~12 patients/day with support from aides.
• Engage in weekly mentorship and case reviews for grads.
• Utilize AI-powered documentation to reduce charting time during work hours.
