ClearSky Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital team in Wisconsin. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and improve mobility.

The Role - What You’ll Do

Our Physical Therapists deliver care aligned with our patient centered values and help patients recover from injury, manage pain and prevent disability while helping them to regain independence and improve their quality of life through:

• Evaluate patient and review medical histories
• Assess mobility strength and functional abilities

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a rehabilitation hospital setting

Physical requirements - What you need to know

• A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.
• Both gross and precise motor functions.
• Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.
• Possible exposure to bodily fluids.
• Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.
• Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
