Willow Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Willow Park, TX, is a thriving post‑acute care facility offering short‑term rehabilitation, long‑term care, and geriatric outpatient services. Our therapy department is known for delivering outstanding patient outcomes through a busy skilled caseload and a growing outpatient program, designed to help patients maximize independence and quality of life. We take pride in being a highly specialized therapy facility, offering innovative programs including:

• LSVT BIG® and LOUD®
• Physical Therapy Neuromuscular Management (PTNM)
• Respiratory Therapy
• Advanced Wound Care
• Sensory Integration Programs
