Job summary

Rose View Rehab and Care Center in Williamsport, PA is seeking a dedicated Full-time Physical Therapist to assess residents, develop and monitor treatment plans, and guide adaptive equipment use to support daily activities.

Ideal candidates hold a Physical Therapy degree, NB Certification, and preferably long-term care experience; must be able to work in Williamsport, PA and stay current with treatment practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Certified by the National Board for Certification.
• Long-term-care experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in Williamsport, PA.
• Up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and physical therapy programs.

Responsibilities

• Conducting physical and psychological assessments of clients and developing or following a treatment plan.
• Advising on adaptive equipment to help clients with daily activities.
• Developing physical rehabilitation programs to help clients regain lost skills.
• Evaluating results and progress of occupational therapy on clients.
• Maintaining professional knowledge and the technical progress in order to provide clients with the best treatment program available.
• Evaluating patient condition regarding physical and basic mental health.
