Ironside Human Resources in Wichita, KS is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a leading healthcare facility. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and outstanding benefits. Pay ranges from $37-$47 per hour, based on experience, with a day shift (Mon-Fri).

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and execute treatment plans, maintain progress notes, and ensure patient confidentiality. In-house education opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• License to practice in Kansas.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.
• Ability to squat and lift 75–100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and executes PT treatment plans; adapts to patient progress.
• Maintains timely progress notes, logs, and data with confidentiality.
• Day shift, Monday–Friday schedule.
