Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
• Document patient progress and modify plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master\'s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
