Position Highlights

• Collaborative Orthopedic Model – work closely with orthopaedic surgeons in a team‑based approach with PTs, PTAs, and support staff

Hours: 40 hrs

Shift: Day/Evening shift; varying shifts: Mon‑Fri TBD, will consider 4‑ or 10‑hour day schedule

Location: Outpatient Rehab Recovery Road – Wareham, MA

Responsibilities

Under the direction of an individually assigned Team Leader, Rehabilitation Services, or designee, perform evidence‑based diversified patient care, maintain physical therapy research knowledge, and mentor clinical staff.

Qualifications

• A Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy is required
• Current Massachusetts License in PT is also required
• One year of related experience during DPT program clinical year is required
• CPR certification required
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID‑19 or be exempt by signing a statement certifying exemption once hired
• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience

Pay Range

USD $44.88 – $65.10 /hr.
