Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 193-bed skilled nursing facility in Pennsylvania. You will evaluate and treat patients to restore strength, mobility and independence, using a range of therapies.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state license or eligibility to obtain state license.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
  • Implement and monitor treatment plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure progress.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to help patients improve their physical function and reduce pain.
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to continue at home.
  • Document all treatments and progress in patients' medical records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Stay updated on new techniques and advancements in physical therapy to continuously improve patient care.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our 193 bed skilled nursing facility. Our facility offers a nice mix of short-term and long-term care patients, providing a diverse and rewarding work environment. As a P-Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of physical disabilities and conditions, helping them to regain their strength, mobility, and independence.
