Job summary

Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, WA is seeking a PT Clinician to plan and administer medically prescribed physical therapy. Work with clinicians across disciplines to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability in a patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation Services Manager, the PT (Physical Therapy) Clinician is responsible for planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. The PT Clinician will work collaboratively with a team that includes clinicians across disciplines, nurses, and providers to create the best possible outcome for our patients.

Setting & Population Served

Providence St. Mary Medical Center is a rural community hospital that provides the following units:

• Medical and Surgical Units
• Intensive Care Unit
• Inpatient Rehab Facility – CARF certified 8 bed unit
• Emergency and Same Day Surgery
• A diverse patient population including individuals with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post‑acute needs

As a therapy professional, you will help patients achieve functional progress and improve quality of life within a supportive, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year Physical Therapy experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Wage Range: $46.29 – $71.85 per hour. Base pay may be supplemented with shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
