Arbor Post Acute, LLC in California is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation department and help residents achieve independence and quality of life. This full-time/part-time/per diem opportunity welcomes new grads and emphasizes collaborative, patient-centered care.

You’ll evaluate residents, design plans, document per guidelines, and work with an interdisciplinary team to support mobility, strength, and confidence. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Net Health or PointClickCare is a plus.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
