Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver inpatient care and support patient recovery. You will provide direct PT services, assess patients, and create individualized care plans within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification per state requirements.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience acceptable.
