Job summary

Encompass Health in Wisconsin invites you to join our inpatient rehabilitation team as a Physical Therapist. Provide essential inpatient PT, assess, plan, and guide patients through rehab journey in a well-equipped facility.

You will supervise care, develop personalized plans, and build strong patient relationships, supporting recovery and celebrating progress every day.

Current licensure required; CPR; degree requirements; we offer comprehensive benefits and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy care.
• Supervise care and treatments, assess patients, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
