ClearSky Health in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital in Cleveland, WI. This full-time role provides patient-centered care, promotes mobility, relieves pain, and improves independence through individualized plans and close collaboration with the team.

You will evaluate patients, design and implement treatment plans, and work with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent required.
• Current Physical Therapist license or eligible.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

The Role - What You’ll Do

Physical requirements - What you need to know

• A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.
• Both gross and precise motor functions.
• Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.
• Possible exposure to bodily fluids.
• Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.
• Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
