Patient Evaluation:Conduct thorough assessments toidentifypatient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Treatment and Rehabilitation:Administer effective and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to help patients recover and improve their physical function.
Educate and Empower:Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment options, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
Progress Tracking:Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback, ensuringoptimaloutcomes.
Documentation:Maintainaccurateand detailed patient records,complying withall legal and ethical standards.
Collaboration:Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, toprovidecomprehensive patient care.
Continuing Education:Stayup-to-datewith the latest research and treatment techniques in the field of physical therapy to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
