Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Tifton, GA, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our faith-based team. You will conduct evaluations and screenings, develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support recovery and mobility, and guide patients through therapeutic exercises to improve strength, balance, and coordination.

You will monitor progress, document outcomes, adjust care plans as needed, and perform duties as assigned.
