The nonprofit acute care hospital has 404 licensed beds and is currently the eighth largest hospital in the Valley. Designed to grow with the community, Banner Del E. Webb has the ability to add an additional 92 beds, growing the campus to nearly 500 beds in the future. Our campus also serves as a base for a Banner Air helicopter.
Banner Del Webb's Inpatient Rehabilitation Department provides therapeutic services to patients throughout the hospital. Therapy services are vital to patient outcomes, patient experience and efficiency/utilization to ensure proper throughout.

The Physical Therapist position is a 40 hour week, 4-10 hour day shifts. The ideal shift available is Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday. With 391 licensed beds, the hospital provides a wide range of services, including acute medical and surgical services as well as intensive care, emergency and urgent care, inpatient/outpatient surgery, cardiac catheterization, neurology, orthopedics, oncology, urology, pulmonary, obstetrics and gynecology, outpatient diagnostic services, and adult behavioral services.
POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for the evaluation, planning, administration and supervision of Physical Therapy treatment in accordance with physician referral, state and national organizational standards, regulatory agencies, and established departmental policies and procedures. This position demonstrates the clinical competence and knowledge necessary to provide treatment appropriate to the age of the patients served.
