• Supervise aides and monitor patient progress.
• Address pain management as a crucial component of care.
• Determine when to discharge patients and teach proper mechanics and strategies.
• Write timely and accurate documentation.
• Achieve a reasonable level of productivity.
• Participate in research studies and help develop protocols.
• Give input on policies, procedures, and strategy.
• Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Continuing skills development by staying updated in the latest research and techniques.

• Valid American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS)

• Interventional Pain (1+ years)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Wellness Coaching Certification
  • Clinical Exercise Physiologist Certification
  • Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional Certification
