Qualifications

• Current Utah Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• DPT or equivalent accredited PT degree.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic/musculoskeletal rehab.
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload.
• Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehab, workers' comp or occupational health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide hands-on PT treatment for orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities and other interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with physicians and healthcare professionals regarding patient care and progress.
• Support clinic growth in the new St. George location.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient clinic in St. George, Utah. This is an opportunity to become part of a new location and play an important role in establishing a strong patient-centered therapy program.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and functional conditions, develop individualized plans of care, and provide hands-on rehabilitation focused on improving function, mobility, and quality of life.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with physicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatment for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and other appropriate interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response and functional goals.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, body mechanics, and safe movement.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care and progress.
• Support patients in achieving functional recovery and returning to normal daily activities and work.
• Contribute to the development and growth of the new St. George clinic.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in Utah or eligibility for Utah licensure.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited physical therapy degree.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload effectively.
• Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills.
• Experience with outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, workers' compensation, occupational health, or similar patient populations is preferred.
