Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our on-site campus team. You will deliver comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment across the continuum of care—from inpatient to outpatient and home health settings—within a vibrant community.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to document services accurately and on time
• Experience with older adults across multiple diagnostic groups preferred
• Familiarity with Medicare documentation preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and create personalized treatment plans for residents.
• Provide 1:1 direct patient care on-site.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and rehab colleagues to optimize mobility and independence.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.

In this role, you’ll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care—all within one vibrant, on-site campus. From inpatient to outpatient and home health settings, you’ll have the unique opportunity to expand your clinical expertise while building lasting relationships with residents.
