Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or PTA with strong outpatient experience.
• Solid manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills.
• Clear communicator and active listener.
• Patient-first mindset and collaborative spirit.
• Certifications in dry needling, BFR, vestibular, pelvic floor, or manual techniques (preferred).
• Experience in neuro or amputee rehab (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations and design individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait and balance training.
• Administer advanced interventions including: dry needling, vestibular rehab, BFR, amputee and pelvic floor training.
• Educate patients and foster long-term wellness strategies.
• Document patient care thoroughly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure holistic and consistent care.
• Optionally participate in mobile outpatient services and community outreach.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Required:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or PTA with strong outpatient experience

Solid manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills

Preferred:

Certifications in dry needling, BFR, vestibular, pelvic floor, or manual techniques

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 (based on experience)

Monday Friday: 6:00AM to 6:00PM (Wednesdays start at 7:30AM)

Saturdays: 8:30AM to 3:30PM
