Job summary

South Hadley Rehab and Nursing Center in South Hadley, MA is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our new in-house therapy team. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized plans, and provide PT services to restore mobility and independence.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise PTAs, educate patients and families, and ensure compliant documentation. This role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for clinical training and growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or BSPT).
• Current State Physical Therapist license in good standing (or eligible).
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
