Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Degree from an APTA‑accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).

• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and complete.
