• Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• Demonstrated knowledge of physical therapy protocols and treatment techniques
• Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pain management principles

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess patients' status and functional capabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and goals
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercise instruction
• Document patient progress and outcomes in EMR
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
• Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants and support staff
