FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is opening a brand-new outpatient clinic in Short Pump, Virginia. As Physical Therapist, you will launch the clinic, establish best practices, and lead a patient-centered, high-quality care team.

You will deliver hands-on evaluations and 1-on-1 treatment while developing leadership skills and helping to shape care delivery and clinic growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia or license-eligible.
• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Interest in leadership, mentorship, and long-term growth.
• Experience delivering patient-centered outpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluations and one-on-one treatment plans.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients.
• Help establish clinic standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Lead by example in professionalism, patient engagement, and care quality.
• Support clinic growth and referral relationships.

Position Overview

As our practice is launched and expands, your leadership and clinical expertise will help define our success and ensure exceptional experiences for both patients and staff.

You’ll continue doing what you do best, treating patients, while helping to shape how the clinic is built, how care is delivered, and how the team develops.

You won’t be doing this alone. As a locally owned FYZICAL clinic, you’ll have access to national systems, training, and clinical resources to support your success.

What You’ll Do - Clinical Care

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized 1 on1 treatment patient care plans
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients
• Focus on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence

Leadership & Clinic Development

• Help establish clinical standards, workflows, and best practices
• Lead by example in professionalism, patient engagement, and care quality
• Partner with ownership on clinic growth, community outreach, and referral relationships

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or license‑eligible) in Virginia
• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Passionate about patient‑centered outpatient care
• Interested in leadership, mentorship, and long‑term growth
• Enjoys collaboration and building strong team culture
• Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus, but heart for patients comes first
