Job summary

Ironside Human Resources in San Francisco, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a Home Health team on a full-time basis. Hourly pay is $75.00–$90.00 with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with a robust benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), EAP and mileage reimbursement. Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, an active California license, and at least one year of PT experience; a current BLS or ability to obtain one is

Qualifications

• Active California license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Active BLS certification or able to obtain upon hire.
• At least 1 year of PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through exercises to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.
• Assess patients’ living spaces to identify fall hazards and improve safety and accessibility.
• Teach patients and families how to perform daily exercises safely and manage chronic conditions.

Offering $75.00 - $90.00/hour + up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

• Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Teach patients and their families how to execute daily exercises safely and manage chronic conditions.
  

Physical Therapist Qualifications:
