Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Royersford, PA seeks a Physical Therapist for an outpatient/pelvic floor caseload. The role includes mentoring, a sign-on bonus, and a split caseload between pelvic floor and orthopedic areas.

New grad mentorship with Pelvic Health Specialist as mentor; clinic pairs with two PTs. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and generous benefits to support career growth and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient/Pelvic Floor

Location: Royersford, PA

Schedule: Full-time Monday/Thursday 8am-7pm, Wednesday 8am-5pm, Tuesday/Friday 8am-1pm!

Compensation: Yearly salary range is $80k-90K, based on your experience.

Incentives: $5,000 Sign on Bonus
