Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy in Rockford, IL is seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehab team. You will evaluate patients with musculoskeletal, neurologic, and post-surgical conditions, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy to restore function and independence.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, document care in our EMR, and participate in ongoing mentorship and continuing education

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois required.
• Experience in outpatient rehab desirable.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
