Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Tinton Falls, a Joint Venture with Monmouth Medical Center, is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality inpatient care and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy care to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
