Job summary

Select Physical Therapy's Punta Gorda outpatient center is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. You will work alongside 2 experienced PTs and one OT on orthopedic cases with opportunities in vestibular rehab, sports medicine, industrial therapy, fall prevention, and ACL programs.

Newly licensed and experienced outpatient PTs are welcome. We offer comprehensive mentoring, a supportive team environment, and a diverse caseload to expand your clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA-accredited PT program.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Location: 2310 S Tamiami Trl, Units 3113 & 3117, Punta Gorda, FL 33950

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: $80,000+ annually (Starting salary based on experience)

Incentives: $20,000 Sign-On Bonus + Student Loan Repayment Option ($350/month, no end date)
