Job summary

Alliance Physical Therapy Partners in Prairie Village/Kansas City seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to join a clinician-led team. You’ll be mentored, grow clinically, and practice with autonomy to deliver patient-first care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with individualized evidence-based plans.
• Build trusted patient relationships through one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with PTAs, techs, and staff in a team setting.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for long-term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referrals.
• Document efficiently using AgileRPM.
• Mentor students or teammates when appropriate.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Your day is designed around patient‑first, relationship‑driven care—not volume for volume’s sake.

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence‑based plans of care
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one‑on‑one care
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team‑oriented environment

• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
