Job summary

Consonus Healthcare in Washington is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care to seniors, helping them reach functional goals and improve quality of life in challenging times. You will join Martha & Mary in partnership to support a dynamic therapy team.

You’ll use evidence-based programs, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The role offers growth opportunities within the Consonus network and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state licensure or in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure.
• CPR Certification (requirement varies based on State/location)
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire
• Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development.
