Select Physical Therapy in Port Charlotte, FL is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team of 3 clinicians. We treat a general orthopedic caseload including neuro, dry needling, ACL and fall prevention.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Proficiency in evidence-based orthopedic care and modalities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain clinical services training and comply with regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with patients, families, physicians and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Provide high-quality patient care with teamwork and professionalism.
• Support mentorship and growth within the clinic.

Outpatient Physical Therapist

Location: Port Charlotte, FL

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Salary: Starting at $80,000+/yr (based on experience)

Incentives: $20,000 sign-on bonus + $350/month student loan repayment (ongoing)

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
• CPR certification
