Job summary

Select Physical Therapy is seeking an Physical Therapist for outpatient care across our East Fort Lauderdale and Plantation clinics. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with travel between the two sites as described.

Compensation ranges from $78,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a sign-on bonus up to $20,000. Benefits include ongoing mentorship, education for growth, generous PTO, comprehensive medical plans, company 401(k) with matching, life and disability

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Travel between East Fort Lauderdale and Plantation clinics; schedule per clinic.
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in accordance with state/local/federal regulations.

This position requires travel between our East Fort Lauderdale and Plantation clinics. Mondays and Wednesdays will be in the East Fort Lauderdale Clinic. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays will be in the nearby Plantation clinic.
