Job summary

Encompass Health invites you to join its inpatient rehabilitation team as a Physical Therapist. You will deliver direct patient care, supervise treatments, and guide patients through personalized rehabilitation plans in a state‑of‑the‑art facility.

The role requires a current PT license and CPR; Master’s degree preferred. You will collaborate with nurses, physicians, and therapists to promote recovery, comfort, and functional independence for patients.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in the applicable state.
• CPR certification is required.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients needing physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery across physical, mental, and emotional aspects.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes throughout the rehabilitation journey.
