Job summary

Upper Valley Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Care Center North in Piqua, Ohio. The role leads an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility and daily living skills through tailored treatment plans.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing plans, educating patients and families, and supporting ongoing care planning. Licensed Ohio PT required; BLS within 30 days. New grads welcome; 1-3 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ohio license to practice Physical Therapy (licensure) required within hire period.
• New graduates welcome; 1–3 years preferred.

This position involves assessing patient care needs, collaboratively developing tailored care plans and goals with patients, and implementing a diverse range of treatment techniques within the scope of practice. You will provide education and support to patients and their families while facilitating ongoing care planning.

Education Requirement
