Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Ortho/Pelvic Health team in Phoenix, AZ. This salaried role offers $80,000–$100,000 base, plus up to $15,000 sign-on and student loan repayment, with a full-time schedule and some evenings.

Caseload includes orthopedics and pelvic health. New grads with pelvic health experience are welcome to apply. We emphasize access, quality care, and helping patients return to sport and daily activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Position: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Pelvic Floor

Location: 2400 W. Dunlap Ste 145. Phoenix, AZ 85021

Incentives: Up to $15,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Mon 0 Fri (3 evenings until 6 pm)

Compensation: Salaried ($80,000 - $100,000) pending experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment
