R|O|C Physical Therapy in the Greater Phoenix area is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinics. A PT-owned practice offers a manageable patient volume, strong team support, and clear opportunities for career growth.

New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship; average caseload is about 12 patients per day with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• DPT required.
• Arizona PT license or eligibility required.
• Interest in outpatient orthopedic PT; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention.
