Job summary

EMERALD HILLS is seeking a licensed physical therapist to deliver evidence-based care in a collaborative outpatient setting. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments, and employ hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like electrical stimulation and ultrasound to improve function.

You will monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, participate in clinical program development and discharge planning meetings, and supervise PTAs to ensure high-quality care
